Hey I handed my wife's passport last Wednesday at Mumbai VFS. currently the status says that the passport is being processed in Delhi. Any idea How long you think it will take to receive back in Mumbai??? How long did it take you to receive it after submitting it to VFS?? Regards, Chandan

Yes my wife did her remedical in the last week of March 2015 after we received a letter because the old one had expired. I did get additional documents request for more wedding pics with rituals, post wedding pics and phone records in the 3rd week of January 2015. I never ordered any notes...

How long did it take you to submit your passport from the day of decision made??

Guys, I got decision made on Friday. The status says that the office will contact me regarding the decision. I wanted to know that does it mean that I will get ppr soon?? I feel soooo happy and relieved but also don't want to over confident because sometimes it takes too long before they ask...

I sent a letter last week requesting them to expedite my spouse application as my spouse is still in Nepal. I hope, they consider my request. Let's see what happens. Regards, Chandan

Don't worry,they say all kinds of crap. My wife did her re-medical in April & she didn't have her passport so when I spoke to them they said that you need a Govt issued photo ID like Drivets License,voters ID,aadhar card or pan card. Carry any two of them as a safe cushion. Also, carry a Xerox...
