I think We come to know that people applied after us getting visa makes us more anxious that "what is wrong with my file"
I think they are picking random file.Luck is playing a game here and when I don't believe in Luck.
but its been 11 months already I am getting feeling that in January you will go through

I mean You can see Avneet

"Prish" was February 2014 Applicant
"Omega123" was March 2014 Applicant
"Jaggi_G" was April 2014 Applicant
"Depti2501" was May 2014 Applicant

But They All Got Visa in Similar date from 13th to 17th December without having any Any Reason

Now what we can guess about Processing time?

and where website says 15 Month

They say every case is different But they indeed make every case different by Randomly selecting file and processing differently for example ,Interview, without background Check,Hard core Background Check,They also give visa to female in India fast as compared to male they doubt on male :'(,They do more background check in male case

But I don't believe in ECAS
Some people got AR to PPR then DM

Bro you need to submit one application here in Mississauga including your sponsorship forms and documents and applicants forms and documents. CIC will review your sponsorship here and once you are approved (it takes around 2 months) your file will be transferred to the location of your applicant (New Delhi). then NDVO will review applicants case for PR (around 4-6 months here) so total around 8 months if case is straight forward.

Only in Sch A. (form 5669) where it asks for mother's name, its name at birth, i.e. before marriage. All other forms as it is in your passport. :)
