But there are some lucky people
I never said this is a hard and fast rule
Good job and Earning Handsome salary and letter from company does leave good impression on VO
Obviously Whats the difference b/w Canada and India for Visa Officer if you are making Good Money
They are expert to read your intention and yes I am sure you went to Canada to have fun and celebrate birthday and you will come back or came back ...
I MAy be Wrong I am not Immigration Lawyer ;D ;D..Just understanding there procedure and facts

My spouse working and living in Canada. We got married in Jan, 2014. Tried to get TRV in May and got rejected.

Reason they told " Your family ties in Canada and you are eligible for spousal sponsorship"

Hence started with Spoual sponsorship procedure!!

Finally my status got changed from AR to IP and now it says medical received too lol

It says in process on December 12th but updated today.

i got reply from MP dat file is still within noramal processing times processing times for spousal applications are 15 months nothing mentionaed about interview dnt knw yr wen will dey clear my file its been 10 mnths really feel low toady
