My Dear Karan, I am live example of the person who was in Canada on TRV while we had applied for PR and we did not misinterpret any information.
After waiting for 2nd AOR from CIC we informed CIC that my husband is there in Canada, the reason which we gave for visiting Canada was to celebrate my Birthday Also my ties to my home country were not so strong means i do not own any property in india except the fact that I had a good job with handsome salary here in India and a proper amount was reflecting in my Bank account for constant 6 months.So its just a matter of luck while u apply for Visitor visa while PR is in process. Me and my husband were knowing that CIC allows "Dual Intent" hence applied for TRV and we successed and Thankyou so much for your wishes all the best to u too

Most of the TRV got rejected with this reason
But there are some lucky people
I never said this is a hard and fast rule
Good job and Earning Handsome salary and letter from company does leave good impression on VO
Obviously Whats the difference b/w Canada and India for Visa Officer if you are making Good Money
They are expert to read your intention and yes I am sure you went to Canada to have fun and celebrate birthday and you will come back or came back ...

Hi Guys,

I'm met my wife on shaadi.com in April'14 and from there we started chatting on whatsapp and used to do Skype every Saturday and Sunday for 6 hrs each. She is from Ahmedabad.

Now I visited her 24 Nov 2014 to 28 Nov' 2014 and we got legally married on 8Dec 2014 with a small function with just family members(pics of all marriage available).

I wanted to know how to start the whole process.

From what I read on cic website:

Step One:

The Canadian citizen or permanent resident applies to sponsor the spouse, common-law, or conjugal partner.

Step Two:

The spouse, common-law or conjugal partner applies for permanent residence.

Can someone please elaborate Step 1 and 2 in minute detail. Any help would be highly appreciated.

There is only one step from our side its the embassy which does in two steps.
First you go to cic website--> download all froms of Spousal sponsorship outside process
The initial assessment is done by looking at the information provided in forms specially questionarrie forms...listen what you do try to fill out forms on computer and information can be saved...

And from the proof point of view you should also submit screen shot of shaadi.com profiles of both end...what else can I say...screen shots of skype I know it will be 100 of prints...do 4 print in one paper...take out your phone bills and highlight each other number with highlighter.....all hotels bill...all pics you met first time...all shaddi.com chat...facebook screen shot...download one software to capture screen shots easy for you....email screen shots...all important emails too...so simply whatever either social media or western union money transfer...which ever show connection b/w both of you just submit..PCC ,Medical and 1040 dollar fee is only compulsory

You simply need to fill all forms and submit all your whole god damn personal life..even though honey moon pics wont do the damage sorry don't mind just kidding....

Anyway brother start filling forms and keep on asking me here in Personal Message ...I get notifications in my email then I will reply you quickly where ever you have doubt....as I am looking at email very closely on phone these days ...its easy straightforward funny process...Buy Something expensive from Amazon.com for your wife as a proof which you both can use in canada ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Rest of the procedure Pamma97 Has Explained you in good detail Its better to ask before doing mistake..Mistake will cost you lots of processing time
