Do i need to just make an appointment with doctor and get my medical done carrying only id and photos with white background?
Or do i need to carry appendix C form with me and then go for medical? Plz help

Okay check the below link... select one which looks good to you and call for appointment... and let them know that you are applying for Spousal Visa category.. rest they will let you know what you need to take with you and fees etc.

I will keep all the documents and photographs.
I am scared of interview anyways but it just time consuming.
My Medical expires in February so by that time hopefull i get all finished.

Other suggesition will be great on interview. How to prepare and what should i take with me?

And they only take interview in Delhi?

I think you should check the spreadsheet.. there is a tab for interview questions.. so it might help you.. also I suggest to keep in touch with people who are waiting for interview and who had already gone though this... it will be a great help to each other.. and I think yes Interviews only happen in New Delhi.

One more thing, DO i need two separate PCC since my hometown is in different state and where u was atudying from past 5 years is in different state. Or do i need only one PCC from my native state.

Bro when i applied for my visa like 3 years back it was family stream application not spousal... they asked me for 2 different PCC's bcoz my native place was different than where i was living right then... so it is better you have 2 pcc's.. if you lived more than 6 months and you are showing it in your application then yes get pcc's for it if you dont wanna delay process... its always good to have everything covered up rather than regretting later..
