For medical you need to take an appointment at a designated hospital as mentioned on the cic website. Take the appointment as close as you can to the date on which you plan to send your application, as it is valid for 1 year.
Family information needs to be filled in tha form titled as additional family information. You should attach as many proofs of your relationship without any loop holes in your application package. Remember, focus on the quality of proof rather than the quantity.
I recommend that please go through the information guides throughly before you send in your application, so that you dont miss out on any thing.

We had very small wedding at arya samaj only my father was there,does that affect me ?
Me and my wife don't want to involve much people thats why we choosed arya samaj wedding and took my dad as witness, i want to ask is that okay as we don't have modern wedding stuff like reception etc.?
And how long does it take to get visa and what the minimum financial requirement for sponsorship?
