Dear Sonal,

Yes I did get my passport back with visa attached... no photo on visa... and valid till 29th Nov 2014 (So NDVO gave me ~10 days grace as meds were expiring on 18th)..

Sorry couldnt reply earlier... past 2 days have been tumultuous... all my plans have changed.. have to can my EU trip and hubby not coming to India so that he can make my arrival more comfortable... and flying to Canada in 1st week of Nov to join hubby for his b'day & our anniversary!!

Everything is happening so suddenly... the butterflies in my tummy are growing exponentially!!!

In 4 working days... thurs morn submit, fri morn reached delhi and went into processing, sat-sun weekend, mon aftnoon left ndvo, tue aftnoon picked it up..

Hiii...Did you go and meet MP personally or it was just email communication between you both...could you please shed light on how did you approach ??/

No, assistant who deals with immigration service and only though email communication.
How did approach:
Find the local MP, get their office number from their website and call them.
Respective case assistant would assist you.

hiii guys my hubby got mail today morning dat my medicals nt recvd by dem pehle bol rhe the ki interview queue ke kaarn awaiting me h m pta n kya kr rhe meri file ke saath hospital wale bol rhe h ki yhaan se chle gaem fed up guys

Hey Avneet, I think u should contact the MP then..Ask your hubby to visit his office personally.I have heard them not entertaining the people before the actual time period of 15 months gets over but i think they will listen to your case as yours is genuine one. What type of info these NVDO ppl are providing you?? Tell your MP about your previous mail regarding the interview and then the 2nd mail regarding the medical not updated i.e explain him the total scenario with the proof of mail which you got from NVDO.Tell them how much confusing it has become for you guys to understand what NVDO wants..I thinks they should listen to your case...Don't take too much tension..this frustration will end up in next 1-2 months..All d best dear..

My wife finally got the passport back.

PPR: Sept 22
PP submission: Sept 23
PP received: Oct 14

Somebody plzzzz tell me march end walon mein se kisi ka IP aaya jisna yahan notify na kiya ho?

I am loosing all hope. Kahin files na misplace krdi ho ndvo ne.....I am totally frustrated....
