what documents should i give to prove that i m eligible to access my wife's file.?

i dont think so they are working month wise, they are working by another way...same way i am march month appliacnt my status is stiil AR.. then how they start processing april applicants by ignoring march applicants..i am not the only march applicant in this situation ..many others also in same situation...

Even am also june applicant. As of now april applications are in IP status. So next may month will be taken place. Again based on the volume of applications june application will be taken place. My assumption is 2 to 3 weeks to get in to process and mode will be on IP.

But one day or one week.. wait is killing...
We all are sailing in same boat...
I knw alot of ppl think that why april applicant ...they are lucky.. they are getting visa so fast...
But yaar wanna tell to all its all luck... n its all depend on ndvo..
I knw its unfair that last year applicant are waiting n april applicant getting ppr...
But if ndvo is working in an unpredictable manner so we cnt help it..

We all are praying for best and we all are here to support each other...
They shuld work in a proper manner and soon they shuld clear last year and jan feb n march backlog..
But at the end we all are here for own visas...
So please guyss be positive and be with each other...

Even may n june applicants start hoping for their turn.. so its human nature...

for GCMS notes you can apply anytime....it will come after 30 days....

Supr14 got it it seems....you can ask him....can Supr14 or anyone who has applied notes shed some light...

however generic info is available in my signature, as far as i know there is a consent form - you need to get your wife to sign it and scan and send to you.....good luck buddy...

I agree with u wait is anyways killing but my point is there should not b any comparison... Jiska time aata ja raha hai usse visa mil raha hai..2013 ko nai mila 2014 ko mil raha hai ya Jan Feb wait kar rahe hain April walon ko mil gaya ye sab bullshit hai... Everyone should concentrat on thr own visa... Ki mera kab aayga kisi aur ka kab aa raha hai usse kya Matlab... Coz in d end ndvo kitna b unfair ho koi jakar unhe Kuch bol nai sakta coz hum sab ko unhi se visa chaiye ..

So yes ishvas I agree with u let's b practical n positive though m lil scared but at least m trying... God is with us .. Shaadi karwayi hai toh saath b karwayenge humare bbetter half se... All d best
