I do believe the fact for NDVO people might be working on random cases, but seriously THAT RANDOM ;D

May be NDVO wants to see his passport , travel history , or some other facts which might not be mentioned on the application .... well I am only guessing, ,, haha .

Hello,

Yes, there is no obligation for you to return to Canada. If you already got your AoR from Canada stating that your eligible then there is no need for you to return. Its only spousal part to be completed. Therefore, you do not have to return...

In Process means its near being done. When its DM ( Decision made ), thats when it is done. They will request for the applicants passport...

hello yashruti.. Holidays doesnt matter because in last few months we got updates specially in holidays.
even i got IP om sunday. so you never know when you will get update. stay tuned.
