Hi Guys...
I need help to assure something.
Actually I had already planned my trip to visit my spouse now and booked reservations 2 months ago for Oct-Nov.
I thought our application will be processed in Dec or Jan as I applied in Apr.
As its my return booked flight to come back after 4 weeks in Nov and I am PR here in Canada; but our application went in process on Sep 30th.
Can I stay longer to wait for my spouse's visa and come back together.?

There is no problem with you staying because the " Processing " is done via NDVO.

Keep your eye out for Decision made in Ecas and PPR request by Email.

As soon as you get PPR, take the passport to VFS and submit it while your with your spouse. You do not have to return.

If her case is done, you should accompany your spouse to answer questions of the Immigration officer

last week of july and then they asked for passport. i sent passport on 17 aguest ... after that no updates.

I m little confused you applied in May 2014 and sent passport in August 2014... Did new delhi visa officer asked you to send the passport..

Yes ....i applied under Spousal Sponsorship by my wife in canada.

In May i applied after that verification of sponsor done in june

In july My file transfer to new delhi and they asked for passport and On augest i courier to delhi embassy


After that no updates

Hello Love birds messaging after loooooong time. As I was depressed a little for getting no progress.

However,

Applications are now IN PROCESS. Showing they have started processing application since September 16.

I am trying to figure out how long does it take by an average since my wife gets email or mail for PPR.

Congratulations to those with PPR and IP who applied this year earlier. And hang in there and good luck to those who applied recently.

Things are happening all of a sudden!! ;D

But still as per his timeline hs s the lucky may applicant who received ppr so fastIsnt lil shocking update from NDVO. V actually cannot predict what they r doing n next wat will they dofinger crossed!! Wish speedy gud updats to everyone in this month.

I think you have to wait because jan feb march april files are in processing.
you are in queue. so dont worry.

yes ....they emailed to my advocate in canada then i sent passport with that letter.

Congrats for the IP status...
On an average it will take 30 days for PPR or DM after IP...
But NDVO is working in an unpredictable manner so cnt say anything for sure...

Congrats for IP status..
As ur reservations booked for october n november.. and as ur file is in process may be by the end of october or november u will hear something...
Nothing is sure..
But yeah if u get DM or PPR in november then u can fly back with ur spouse depending upon when ur visa expires..
