you dint.....exceptional case....the guy requested for an appointment in NDVO.....flew in....to submit....got visa...and flew to canada....

his wife was pregnant and was having a baby......the same time....

The 2013 spreadsheet has lot of data missing... IP dates & DM or PPR etc.....FakeName has done a great job at making some sense into it...

Further, here is a rough estimate with what data i could muster from the spreadsheet. others are welcome to play around and figure out if i am wrong....

2013 data suggests the following average wait periods between stages.(in days)
App received to SA 31
Sponsorship to PPR 32
PPR to IP 184
IP TO DM 24
DM to PPT Received 7

I am almost losing faith in any or all theory, looks like they update too many and then go to hibernate for while, I know we are lucky to be dealing with NDVO than most African VO's where it's almost 3 years processing time but, I think they could do better just so people don't get impatient.

once you get notes, you can check what the red flags are and why they need the interview. so you can prepare accordingly....
