What's RJ8573...!

If you order your GCMS notes after your ecas changes to "in process" they usually assign it to a visa officer to make the last decision. Mine happens to be RJ8573 and due date was August 8, but of course still have heard anything from them ??? it even says interview waived and relationship is genuine

hiii guysss gud mrng but my morning is nt gud today i did email enquiry nd i got reply today dat my file is under interview queue wen date will decided inform u before 4-6 weeks nw what?????? help me guysss wt r interview ques??? i dnt knw anything

Hey Avneet sorry to hear that.. but the positive side is after interview you will right away get the visa so hang in there. You will do awesome in interview. You dont have to worry if u r genuine.

Don't worry, interview is not a bad thing. Be confident in yourself and your relationship. Aapne kuch galat toh kiya nahi hai toh phir interview bhi ese dena jese vo log galat hai for keeping you away from your husband for this long. Just because un logo ke pass authority hai uska matlab ye nahi hame unse dar na chahie. We are not wrong so do amazing ke wo within 10 mins clear karde sab kuch aur visa bhi dede apko right away.

Basically Immigration office is working on Jan and Feb Files right now
Hopefully they will speed up now.. i would say on average, its taking 8 months for complete process.

I think for 2013 its 8 months, from what I am seeing 2014 all except 2 are still stuck on IP. And majority of them are in their month 8 right now. I don't know what is happening, so frustrated.

My friend has same almost same timelines as you. His file was received on Feb 5, 2014. if my 8 months assumption is right, you and him should be getting good news in coming month.

My timeline is very Similar to Avneet. And my status is still AR. It means I also have high chances of getting Interviw.

Bro, you wont be getting interview. Trust me your case is different than her. Your state is Gujarat and her is Punjab.
But if u did, i will be getting it too then . lol

Avneet aftr you sent the email how much time they took to respond you back? also, you sent them an email or filled up the form online?

Also, don't worry you will be fine

I don't think the state matter. We are ready for interview too as long as they process our file faster.

Did not mean to scare you he is my friend and i saw his application package. We both submitted same thing. i believe we both had enough proof to show that our relationship is genuine.
