DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca pe mail kiya tha puchne ke liye ki medicals n update hue abhi tk wid my Passport no ,application no ,DOB,name den unka reply aya ki aapke medicals awaited hai kyuk apka ecas abhi update n kiya coz its under interview queqe whenever ur interview date is scheduled we will snd u interview letter before 6 weeks

Is your application status is IN PROCESS, if yes then since when..(and how long did they take to give your a reply)

My friend has same almost same timelines as you. His file was received on Feb 5, 2014. if my 8 months assumption is right, you and him should be getting good news in coming month.

Coming month will be 9th month for us...so than your assumption is wrong lol kidding...lets hope you are right...fingers crossed...

As per my sources, They are pretty slow these days and running out of the Quota. Since it is usually first come first served, so the application submitted in 2013 are going to be cleared first, atleast most of them, and then our time comes. Some of us might get Visa earlier but it is safe to say that things would take longer time than expected. I would say 12 months an average, than I may be wrong too. I hope I am..

Also NDVO is really random its not first come first serve...its more of who is handling your application...if that officer has a lot of prending cases than ofc he has to clear those first...but he wont sit and wait for the ADRs. He will process with next Cases and come back to the old ones after the AD has arrived.

Actually, they are first come first served. However, they became random after last years strike and fake marriage scams from India. I think then they started to pick files randomly for quality assurance and sent to different officers, some are busy, some arent ...

Avneet aftr you sent the email how much time they took to respond you back? also, you sent them an email or filled up the form online?

Maybe I don't know about that, but from what I found out of someone else's experience is...it all depends on the person who has your case...if they are fast paced they clear it fast...but than again the trends keep changing every year..so there is no consistency what so ever....

Did not mean to scare you he is my friend and i saw his application package. We both submitted same thing. i believe we both had enough proof to show that our relationship is genuine.

we also provides all proofss all emails fon records snaps everything bt our wedding was done in very simple way so i think dats why dey called for interview

The standard is 9 to 10 months( i had posted the data).....as of last year data....not 8....i am only saying....that it is too soon to start worrying.....
