Hey !! We were married when we applied for tourist visa. I guess you are lucky one that your visa did not get rejected. 98% TRV get rejected in spouse cases

NDVO folks are sleeping on our files... me too hoping to see my husband before our wedding anniversary...

My bday gone... my husband bday is coming in 3 months.. its so frustrating... :(

Now our marriages are also getting old and those feelings of newly married couple is getting lost in these files lol really why can't they make a rule... you get married just come to visa office with your husband or wife... take a interview.. ask whatever you want see all the paper work and issue a visa anyways you gonna do that after a year so why not right away?? hire more people to review spousal visa category so that we don't have to wait so long and don't go on a strike like kids.. bcoz of your studpid stirkes we are suffering :(

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) calculates processing times from the day CIC receives an application to the day it makes a decision on the application.

Hi All,

I have applied spousal visa for my wife. She did upfront medical exam and we included unfront medical form in the application package.
Our application reached NDVO in May, but we don't see any status saying "MEDICALS DONE" or "MEDICALS received"?

Is this usual or is this just that happened to me?

Please help.

Thanks,
Arravv

Hi

My fiancee is in China on work permit at the moment.
He will be going back to Delhi in October (after completing 6 months stay in China)
I know he needs a police clearance from China when I apply for his pr.
When should he apply for his police clearance? A few weeks or few days before he leaves? does it matter?

If you are staying in a country for 6 months or more CHC requests for PCC. you can collect it upfront and submit along with initial application if china PCC requires the applicant to be physically present in china. if not then get it once you get a request

we want to submit it upfront.
we will be applying for him through delhi(im intoronto)after our wedding in November.

He will get the police clearance in October few days before he leaves China and we will submit the application in January is that okay?

For Canada PCC is valid only for 3 Months. you need to submit your pcc within 3 months of the issuance not more than that. if you still submit they will accept but they will request for updated PCC later during the process. IF there is a mandate require for China pcc that applicant should be physically present during pcc process and applicant in out of china can collected pcc before leaving china and explain to chc regarding the same.
