Yeah thats too my only concern now... i think this will leave a scope for interview if they any doubt or if they ignore our explanation..

Hey as u too applied for TRV before PR then i m sure u marked one yes in red flags questions in the forms...

I had also applied for my TRV but it did not get rejected. I wonder why your trv got rejected. Were you married when you applied for TRV? I had applied for it before we got married.

I applied for my wife twice before we got married, and was rejected both times. I think the general consensus on the forum is that it does not impact PR in any way. Also, we explained clearly in the application that we we applied for TRV because we wanted to be together, and plus we had a reception event here in Canada that we booked hall and services for. We attached all of the documentation, including the rejection letter, our hall bookings etc. I don't think there is much to worry. Just being honest is good enough.

you should not have marked NO in the form..

Even if you have marked NO..send new form with a letter that it was mistake in hurry..

Because they can think that you are misrepresenting your case and can cause rejection..

on 23 aug I got a mail that my visa is issued....n dey ask me to snd d passport. n submittd my passport in chandigarh. now waiting for passport....
