Hello every one,
Is the interview must or whats he percentage of getting interview call (Rough fugure)?

Do ANy one know the correct answer?

Hello Bittudi90,
As per data of 2013 applicants posted "https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArjKIJSYT22GdDVSZ0JReGtVa25fMERwcXNkaklnLUE#gid=0" 28 out of 412 applicants got an interview so far which is about 7%. As all 2013 applicants in that sheet are not processed, this number may go as high as 10%.

After sponsorship approval changing jobs, not working for couple of months doesn't effect ur PR application. As some one said before having job always helps just in case they call interview,Hope your application goes directly in to In process.

The only requirement is if you are sponsoring , you and your spouse shouldn't be on welfare/government assistance.

Currently, NDVO is working on November '13 and December '13 applicants. So average time taken is 8-9 months. It could take more for ADR, Re-medical & Interview cases. Good luck with your app.

PS i am assuming, NDVO process Afganistan applicants like they do Indians.

:D Hi All, I've been visiting the forum every now and then, finally decided to share. I applied in Feb 2014, Application received by Immig Canada in a few days and then 1 month after approved me as a sponsor and asked for the landing fee. Since then I've only been waiting, hoping to hear from them soon so that my wife can come soon. Wish all the best to everyone else waiting.

I changed my wife's address with the Immigration Canada when she moved to a new house, hope that doesn't delay things. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks

Hi elegant.heena, try using the application no., sometimes UCI doesn't work, if nothing works then call the local immigration Canada number.

Hello guys,

Wanted to request 2014 applicants to edit/add their info in the spreadsheet for the benefit of all of us.

the url is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ApoaDx-HWbWGdGdFdC1VblNuNnZobi1CTFFsWUJLMkE#gid=0

if you need help, let me know or share your info i will update the spreadsheet.

Thanks..

I am no expert, but based on the reading on the forum i am sharing my opinion. others can correct me.

Rejected 3 times student visa is a concern. However, the reasons of rejection however matter. If it is due to lack of Financial or if it is due to concern over not returning to home country etc, then you should be ok. For spousal visa - PR application, you cant be rejected on those fronts. PR applicants are for immigration. What matters financially is that the sponsoring person not be on welfare etc. They ask strong documentation in that regard. you age difference should also not be a great concern.

CIC takes misrepresentation seriously and many PR applicants are denied for that reason. Hence put forth the information truthfully is my suggestion.

Good luck with your application....
