Hi Guys need suggestion!

My spouse had applied for TRV previously but rejected twice. now as my sponsorship has been approved.
Should i apply for my spouse TRV?
Is there any effect of TRV rejection on PR processing?

your reply would be highly appreciated.

thanx for your reply veb,

and as for trv, omega123 in one in a hundred... chances are very low.. but still no harm in applying.. but for your case, as your spouse has been denied twice, chances are low (sorry) :-[ .... also you do not need to update NDVO on your travel to foreign countries during the processing, so i guess applyimg for trv has no effect on processing of pr application.. nor is it written anywhere you can not travel to canada during processing of your pr application... but in majority cases, the visa is denied.... reason "POTENTIAL IMMIGRANT"

Hope I helped...

So good news are flowing in the 2013 forum, its great for all of us. Mid-Oct and End-Oct applicants are getting DM, which might imply that the November applications have started to go IP. Bearing in mind that we may only have about 10% (or less) of applicants on these forums, so NDVO may well be into Nov applications by now. We know that the volume of applications received in Nov/Dec was far less compared to other months of the year. Lets all pray for speeding processing.

I am going to make a wild guess here. A 2014 applicant will get PPR by 15-Aug!! :) (lets hope)

i m guessing & hoping same :) .. i expect my PPR in August .....Amen!!

Hi Rannvveer,

Do u have any idea about chances of getting TRV after sponsorship approval?

veb

hi veb.. i think there are chances... spouse has to visit each other that shows that they r genuine couple..just make sure bank statements are good and she will be going back after vacation ..i am getting my papers ready for spouse and i want her to apply.. as i just got back from india in april..and i have a full time job so its not possible for me to go vacation on and off...dont loose hope and this wont effect sponsorhip process... why would it effect?..infact in the immigration forms it says have u tried to visit your sponsor? and if no when why??

I'm thinking of applying for TRV. How to prove that my spouse will return after end of her visit? She quit her job because it was too far from my place. Any suggestions???

You need to show some kind of bonding to home land. Property or some kind of asset.
But without job it is very difficult to convenience them.

same thing happened in the past wid lots of applicants but no need to worried about it...sometimes they received medical but didn't updated on the ecas...so wait for one month if they didn't update it then option is apply notes to see that whether they received ur medical or not...
