Hi Goleafs,

I share a timeline with you, mine is Jan 21st. Firstly, you only get a PCC request if you haven't submitted it along with your application, otherwise in most of the cases you don't. Also, you don't get any AOR from NDVO. It's only CISC which will provide you the AOR or rather you can check the status on ECAS, where it's always mentioned that decision has been made.

The next communication you will get from NDVO would be PPR or asking for further documents (if any). I was checking New Delhi 2013 forum and got to know that they are processing Aug-Sep files, that means our number will come around in Aug. So I don't think this is the time for you to ask for GCMS notes.

So you have not got any communication from NDVO either?
Yeah medicals, RPRF and PCC all submitted upfront.
Our ECAS shows application received and medical results have been received.

Did anyone get a email from new delhi saying

We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada and have created a file with the file number indicated above. Please quote this file number in all future correspondence with our office.

In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible.

1.Proof of payment of your right of permanent resident fee. If not already paid.
2. Submission of police clearance certificate for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more. If not already submitted.

I already paid the full fee for sponsorship and right of permanent residence fee. 1040.00 $
I already submitted the Police clearance certificate
with the application I sent to CIC Mississauga.

Application recieved by CIC on March 18
My file was transferred to delhi on April 22 2014
I got this email on May 7 2014

That's what I 'm talking about. We never got this letter. Makes me wonder if they are selective on sending communication out.

(Everyone gets this email- and for new applications they are not sending a passport request at this early stage. You can send this letter with an explanation that you did submit these before if you have, or else attach these documents, or send a photocopy of these documents submitted- your time starts now to 12-13 months - processing time from the date CIC Delhi gets your file- welcome to the wold of waiting, lol)

In my opinion there is no need to send any photocopies of PCC and Fee receipt as this will go to jun.... My cousin told me to wait only as the office is busy with other applicants...they may ask for pp later for sure... so don't panic...ppl with 2nd AOR in Jan have to wait for next seps

i read 2013 new delhi forum dere was given a link in which jan to sep applicantions information in numbers

yes june applicants got dere visa's...few july applicants left...now august applicants got DM's....

I have not seen any one getting AOR from NDVO this year. For me, ECAS shows the same status as of you. I also did everything upfront; Medicals, Fee and PCC.

In this case, you can just email them the photocopies and they do acknowledge for the receipt.

Hello , I have applied in feb , the status is still showing as medical recd. and not updating further,

What does that mean ?? Is it normal......

It's absolutely normal. I am January applicant and it's showing same for me too. Currently NDVO is working on Aug-Sept'13 applications. It will take a while (3-4) for us to see any change in the status. Till then, keep patience and stay strong.

1. Should i write them a letter and courier it?
2. Or use the web link they have provided to make any changes to mailing address in AOR email?

Does any one has any exp. with this?
