hi guys, i am just preparing my application and i have question for you guys
-i got engaged in feb 2013 and got marriad in january 2014.
but i dont have communication proof between 2013-2014 as me and my wife changed our phones and all the data including whatsapp chat, viber,skype all got deleted. I also contacted the international calling company through which i used to call by wife, but they said they can only provide history for only 3 months back from now which is useless for me.so now i have nothing to show. Even though i have record from january 2013 ti till now.
Any suggestions?

my file was sent to case processing centre Mississauga on 2th April 2014. It have been nearly 41 days, yet I have not got any single update about my file. can anyone guide me how long still it will take and what can I do to get information about my file.

did anyone send any inquiry about their case? is delhi embassy now dealing with our case as sponser spouse and if yes then they r now working on september 2013 files...but i dont understand when should we start counting our 8 months that what they r taking in average.....when our dependant sent lc2 or when we received our aip......please reply...

If you want to post through Indian Post then - WRITE PO Box 5209....THEN IT HAVE TO SEND THROUGH INDIAN POST or YOU COURIER WILL DROP IN THEIR ASSOCIATED POST BOX SECTION. WITHOUT PO BOX THAT IS ONLY ( PIN CODE 110021) YOU CAN MAIL THROUGH STANDARD COURIER - BLUE DART OR DTDC OR DHL...WHICH ONE CAN TRACE.

My wife filed for my application at Mississauga office in October 2013 and my file was transferred in November I suppose because it is saying application received 10th nov 2013.
My concern is that they still haven't asked for my passport is there a problem?
Wat I can think is that they send me an auto generated email asking for application receipt and pcc if not already given and I didn't send them thinking that there is no need to as I have already given.
This can't be the reason for not asking for my passport?

Plz help.

Hi Chatwant....

If you have sent your proof of receipt and PCC with application to CIC-M then you dont need to send that again to NDVO. Their automated email always says if not submitted earlier...so for your benefit and relief you can just email them that its been submitted from your end already.

It's just that I haven't been asked for my passport yet..Is it they are asking for passport nowadays at later stages when they are about to issue visa?
My wife says that I have a travel history that is why they haven't asked for passport so that I don't have problem travelling abroad.
I am nov 2013 application.
Are there more people like me who haven't received ppt?
