Thank u all...
Yes karan we applied on may 28 and application is received on june 3rd..
We submitted all the fees together with pcc.. but v did our medical later when v got a request from CIC.. we were not aware about upfront medicals.. we thought our file will be rejected.. but it was approved.. I think it was the real luck.
I met my husband three years before and it was a love marriage.. for last 2 and half years he is in canada. So during filing application we submitted all our proof of communication through emails, phone etc.. we were working in same firm so v submitted our experience certificates too... all photos before marriage, engagement function, marriage, reception, honeymoon etc were also included..
As my husband instructed, I took passport after my marriage so dat his name will also b included in passport as w/o Mr.x.. and also in PCC too... it was one of the solid evidence to prove our relation..
We applied without the help of any external agency.. my husband took someone's advice before filling application.. im not sure about dat person.. I think its someone from canada. He told me so. As per their instruction we arranged forms as per checklist, each form and supporting documents were packed on separate covers with a description above the package. And atlast all these covers, were placed on a big cover. in total it weighed only 1kg. I mean documents were less in number but we could submit solid evidence for 2 and half years of our relation before and after marriage.
Actually we waited for two years and 5 months for our marriage.. we got married before 7 months.. so a total of 3 years waiting... so I really know all of your pain..
Above all god helped us... and told me not to wait anymore... LOL...
I believe that passport change was really a good move...you worked together so that's how you got connected...its seems like easy and straight forward files are going through and rest are in queue who are time consuming....have fun ...best of luck
.I did not hire either any consultant ...but anyway...congrats
