Ek tan ah strike g ho gayi ...ehne que wadi karti...changa bhala mann samjha leya si k 21 May 2014 nu file lai hai and 21 May 2015 tak visa milunga....and then I saw that colorful spreadsheet...which made me excited and with expectation.....which proved that total time is still 6-8 months....na main kadi ECAS check kita si...now I have to check everyday which make me Crazyyyyyyyyyy..

Hi skca4600,

Can you guess why your file is picked for interview ? Do you think you have any red flags.
Is it possible for you to send more proof like visits or pictures. I've read in the forum that if you send more proof, there is a chance the interview could be waived off.

can we send them more documents or bills or specially fotos that we have recently clicked ,,, like my wife visited in october and she went back to canada on 24 november i have lots of fotos of us and some bills of shopping and all ............................... replyy

Hey guys chilll (maink n aman) , we all are passing through the same phase so it is time to support each other, not by saying bad things to each other which hurt most with this separation pain. Here we all got a platform to know many things , share important info. Everyone is frustrated with NDVO, but it doesn't mean that we came here and take out our frustration on each other. If u guys think in this way that i m june 2014applicant n july n august getting visa so i got mad on them, what will 2013 cases think who are still in the same phase. So dear it is all about destiny and we all have to face it and be strong. I really felt bad for them the ndvo just named us by files no, they screwed many genuines lifes. The same situation happend in 2013 forum, so pls guys wait with peace , V r nobody to scream or say any thing to anyone. The main problem is with NDVO procedure of working. They doing things silently n accordingly to there pattern which we are not aware so inspite of fighting we guys can be a supporter of each other. Really i felt bad by reading these post. Dont take my words other wise. Just pray to god , only your destiny n ur god can help u. Thanks!! I hope everyone will cooperate. And we all pray for every person so please try to be happy and calm. Definitely ! Since the main scrutiny for Spouse sponsorship is the genuineness of the relationship, anything which can support your case to prove that your relationship is ONGOING and NOT merely for obtaining PR can be sent. Include her flight tickets too !

Hi everyone

I had received a letter for submission of imm 5669 on 8th Oct,

Then did MP inquiry on 7th Nov, which said file is scheduled to be looked at by the end of the year. And also that file was viewed on 28th August (also my medicals were updated on very day)

Now I got email from NDVO in reply to my inquiry from 29th September, saying my file is in interview queue after initial review.

So I will be expecting a letter about 4 to 6 weeks prior.

Medical expires in Jan.

I guess I still have 4 to 6 months of stress left.

Wish no one has to go through this.

lol you are right karan_virk. Same has happened to me. Pehla ta poora mind set si vi eh thand ta India ch hi kadhni aa, par sept oct ch fatafat visa's lagde dekh ke umeed jag gayi si vi shayad dec tak kam bannju. But hun ta kam thanda hi lagda. January tak there's no hope. Now I have stopped checking ecas status on daily basis. Sago roj dekh ke din kadhna aukha ho janda hor vi.
