NDVO is still working on aug 2013 applicants... a few sept 2013 applicants hav slowly started moving into IP... so hopefully 2014 applicants shud see some movement in nother 4 months

Just chill, its nt taking long, average applications r done in 8-10 mnths... Dnt assume da mnths bt check da timelines, only if dere is problm vid da application den dey take around a year so dnt wrry, aug 2013 were delayed coz of strike bt dey hav strtd issuing visas to October applicants, jst check oct thread..... Good luck all, m april applicant nd vil complete 9 mnths in December nd m expecting my visa before new yr....

Dhaliwal ji as far as I know no October applicant has yet got visa..
