i think it is possible as last month we saw a similar case "nalbir" who was sep applicant and got visa before sep actually started.
also there is a chance that NDVO starts playing lotto on applications...lol

thats why I m saying its a big news for 2013 applicants...now u create lots of confusion...I m sure all Oct applicants gonna b sad dat they morons didn't start oct files...

it ain't kool if u dnt knw dis lang....chill bro....lol...call me old fashioned.... art of letter writing is gone with twitter and sms.... atleast for a while email allowed us to write in complete sentences even though grammatically wrong but now I need dictionary (google has language translation they should come up with translation of words written using twitter)
