Hello All,

My spouse has come to canada on visitor visa and this is her second 6 month stint. She had gone back to india for 3 months in between. We are hoping that she will get her PPR within 6 months.

1. I wanted your help on the right time to change the address
2. if I get a remed request before I changed the address. Can i do it in canada?
3. How does change in address impact her application?

Your feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

You can change the address once she travels to canada
Remedicals can be done in any country where you have a legal status the medical panel should be cic verified
Change of address doesnot impact your application

Good Luck

Lets hope some good news today ;) :D

They said file is pending and go for second review for my husband.

Where does it say interview waived??
And in the brief note on the last pages, does it state any concern?

I have a bit of a concern that has been bugging me for the past couple of days. My husband went for his medical long before we even sent our spousal sponsorship application to CIC and his medical has actually expired as of December 2015.

My husband went for his medical on December 12, 2014.

CIC recieved my application for processing on March 13th, 2015

CIC started processing my application on: April 21st, 2015

CIC transferred my file to NDVO in may i guess because NVDO started processing my application on June 5th, 2015.

his medical expired in December 2015, it is now January 2016. is this a bad thing? should I be worried?

Hey @hvhs01

I would not be worried if I were you.. Our medicals were completed July 2014 and expired in July 2015 and we did not receive re-meds until December 22nd/2015 (couple weeks back). So you are fine.
