Guys I have a question
My notes state a concern which includes non submission of nikahnama. It is a traditional marriage agreement. We hadn't submitted it cuz we thought the court marriage agreement was enuf. Now my file is up for a second review.
Shall I send them the nikahnama by post?

yes..u should submit it, do case specifice enquiry, n write them and also attach a scan copy of that docs..

I received GCMS notes yesterday and it says,

INTERVIEW WAIVED BUT ELIGIBILITY NOT PASSED.......

Does that mean i will not have any interview??

and my FILE is on second review....ANYONE has idea how long it would take to get me PPR??

Where was it mentioned that ur interview is waived?
I received my notes yesterday too but it doesn't say anywhr whether or not interview is waived! It just says file is up for second review.

Be pro active and Scan your supporting docs n do a case specific enquiry quoting ur documents uploaded .That helps you to over come ADR , again which requires 2-3 mths of wait ..
