I am sep,11 2014 applicant. i am in in-process for the last 2 months. my status changed on sep 6 2015 as in-process. since then no updates. i dont know whats going on with NDVO.

Go for mp enquiry. I don't know if it was a coincidence but the two times I got mp enquiry done both the times my status changed (got ip within 3 days n dm within a week).. I think it's worth a try. It looked like the enquiry drew there attention towards my file. Good luck.

What I meant was that some members got full re medicals and some got only Xray so just wanted to know what the differnce it is

Either kind of remedical won't have any adverse effects in terms of processing time. If you are in process there is a good chance your interview is waived..

Does Diwali holidays affect Visa Officer? I meant to say , Do they get time off?

That can delay our timeline by week.

Yes i did a M.P enquiry. In that i came to find out that there is interview. The M.P secretary founded this information 2 weeks before. He also said that criminality and background checked are not yet done in my case.
I don't know what is Ndvo doing. It's frustrating to deal with this.

Frankly these background checks don't take long at all. Mine were done in 7 days. It is indeed ridiculous that they take these many months just to open the file. Shivsaz the best bet right now would be to order notes. Do that asap bcz if interview is recommended then m sorry you will have to wait longer !

Indeed this is very frustrating ,are there any RED FLAGS which have moved your application to interview que ?
NDVO checking our patience high time.

Yes the embassy will be closed on 11th November. Just checked it on Google. Guess it will be just for one day. Dearly hope it's for one day.

I thought once you see 'in process' you are out of interview thing. But yours seems different. It is really very frustrating.
