How long after remedcal cic will send ppr?

Hi, this is very tough question , NVDO is taking 1-2 months to send further action mail after getting re medical results. One of my friend is waiting from last 2 and half months after re-medical but if you read post on this forum some got with in a month. Be positive this is the last step before getting DM . If you got re-medical means you are 90% done.

CIC/NDVO are clearly mentioning in the mail what they need in re-medicals, although you can discuss with physician in case you have any doubt, they do it on regular basis.

What I meant was that some members got full re medicals and some got only Xray so just wanted to know what the differnce it is

I hope to get an answer cor my question.
I am a canadian citizen.I am 22 years old girl and my husband is 25 years old who is born in Delhi and currently lives in Delhi.We know in other since 2012. We met on facebook.From 2012 to 2014 i have went to india 3 times to visit him.We got married in december 2014 but till today we didnt file the application because his passport and birth certificate. Then it was his mom operation and then his sister wedding because of all this we couldnt get the time to file the application but now hopefully till december we gonna file the application. i just want to know if the time lapse wont make an problems for us.

Make sure you specify this in your application. Give all the detail with proof about your stay in india before and after marriage..
submit all photos... i would say because you guys have known each other for long time and have spend more time, this is positive point in your application and make sure you show this to them.. Unfortunately after applying in december, you will still have to wait for 1 more year... currently its taking on average 12- 13 months ..

as long as relationship is genuine, they can not reject the application. In worst case, it might take more time than average, but everything else should be ok. Good luck with application.

Hubby received the shiny shiny visa today . Surprisingly it was fast within 4 days of ppr request

Thank you draxz. I have less than 6 months of travel history. The 3 months time they took to DM may be because of tier city classification. It's just a guess I don't know.

Definately a Unique situation.

1) Make sure you have pictures of your wedding , engagement and honeymoon and participation of both side family members, gifts. Make it more evident that you are in a legit relationship.
2) More pictures of your husbund and yourself doing activities over the number of years together. Especially any flight booking information, places you guys visited,
doing any activities with friend and family members.
3) Anyone came to your wedding from Canada? ( this can legitimize that you had an actual wedding in India , involvement of family members help soldify your relationship).
4) Definately try getting help from representative who has knowledge regarding your specific case.

You gonna have to come up with dates and put your whole story together with as much evidence as you can find. it's a lot of work especially in your case where time has gone by but it's doable. I am just writing it based on my experience.
