dear sir,
i got married on 21st jan 2013 and became PR on 25th jan 2013, but my application was single as i could not include my wifes details as i was getting married just before i travelled to canada to become a PR, now i wanted to apply her sponsorship under family sponsorship, in the due course of time i had a child too. so i wanted to sponsor both of them under family sponsorship...what are the options do i have now .. as my PR status is still single..

Hi Sabir, seriously you are in big problem, dont want to scare you, but yes. While landing you must inform CIC agents if there is any change in your status.

The best thing is call CIC and talk to them for any assistance. the best way is apply student visa or try to arrange some sort of work permit for your wife.

Sabir as others have mentioned. You cannot ever sponsor your wife under the spouse sponsorship since this is clearly misrepresentation and you are in risk of your PR if they find out. The only other way for her to come is through her own via the student visa or apply for PR on her own.

i think that was first visa officer view finial decision will be taken after 2nd visa officer review so for this u will have to apply notes again after some time i think ur chances are getting interview waived as he had mentioned in eligibility part recomanded passed

I think it should be one month after expiry of the medical.

pindu i really hope you are right. I have no idea what's going on. Like you can see some due dates are Nov 24, 2015 so i'm planning to order second set of notes after that date so by the time i get then it'll be end of december so i can hope few updates in the notes by then.

My assumption about the due dates could be the date that the visa officer would take another look at your file. Like you said it would be a good idea to order notes after the due dates to see anything new on the file. Once you receive them, let us know anything new.

The doctor emails them your remedical so you really don't need a receipt. They gave my wife a receipt but it does not even have her name on it so I wouldnt worry everything seems normal. In my experience and from what others have said and as it states on their website remedical happens when final decision is pending so there should be a very good chance that youre in the clear and there will be no interview, however, if you want to be 100 percent sure you should order notes.

CIC/NDVO are clearly mentioning in the mail what they need in re-medicals, although you can discuss with physician in case you have any doubt, they do it on regular basis.
