Hi all,
I am a July 17, 2014 applicant and my ecase still says AR.
My lawyer said that if I apply for notes my application will be out for 30 days.
Can someone tell me if this is correct?
Am worried about my application.

We know that they are working on oct end files and should be touching nov soon. What happened to all files in sept and oct who went in process...only few got ppr i believe, who actually got their copr? Does any one know whose file actually got complete and finished from the past 3 months?
By moving to nov and dec and putting in process still could mean another 4 month waiting before ppr or copr?
I didnt really see anyone mentioning about copr....just ppl going in process

Someone correct me if i am wrong or share their thoughts?

What could happen is that many files could get DM together and process all pprs and coprs together soon for all those are in process....that would be nice

FINALLY our OMG moment arrived by God's grace. My husband received his ppr letter today from our post man. Letter is dated 31 aug. Thank you everyone for your great support and superb advise. I wish you all will get your final omg moments soon.

On August 21, 2015 status updated to IN Process and also got call from Canada Immigration office Delhi about confirmation of My Visa.
As my medical is gone to expired on 1st October, 2015 so i must have to go before that.
After 3 days of call got email of passport request, then i send my passport, after a week received my passport with visa and within one or two days my status updated to Decision Made.

Hope you will also get updates soon.

I did MP inquiry in August but got a standard reply that my file is still within processing time and medicals and background check has not been started.
My lawyer insisted that we get our re-meds done and send to NDVO so we sent it in July 2015, i guess thats why it said medical and background not yet started.

Now i have the option to apply for notes

Hi, you can order notes at anytime, just it takes 30 days before you can receive them. It would be a better to wait till you go in process and wait a couple of months before you order notes. Hope this helps!

Got my notes after 30 days...my file is in interview que nd the due date was 3 sep 2015
