Can you please suggest when did they schedule you for an interview?

Received interview letter on Aug 27th, interview scheduled for Oct 12th.

people who had interview in the past could recommend if being there personally helps? I don't have any vacation left at work ( used all in Feb when went to India)
Getting really scared now. I hope not being present there, will not impact my file in any way.

Make sure your husband go through the interview questions that you can find in excel sheet. because he is applicant, interview will be focused mostly on him. He need to prepare well. I guess they can contact you by phone if required.

i dont have much knowledge on interview process, but i am sure other applicants can help.

Hi Fiza. I didn't went to india for an interview. My husband attend the interview alone himself & he did great. The vo did asked why i didn't join him & he said due to other staffs are on pre-booked holiday so my wife has to stay at work for backup but she aware of my interview today. Vo knows in canada we can't just give out short notice for vacation. People usually pre-booked holiday inadvance.

Fiza. Make sure your husband to bring all the update proofs. Whatapp chat, phone bills and 2nd trip you made after wedding boarding pass, tickets, photos of 2nd honeymoon. Be calm, confidents and honest. He will be fine. If they need, they will call you so stay tune on the day of his interview.

Does anyone know how early you can order notes and also how long it takes to get notes once ordered. Thanks for help.

I can understand what you and your husband going through. It's really scary. I took off from work in the morning for a week just to prepare ourself 1 week before our interview. Go through your application and if you have order notes previously to see why the vo asking for an interview. That helps alot.
