NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Hello,

My wife who is a Canadian has sponsored me under Family Class Sponsorship. We submitted our application on 8th April 2014. This is also shown on CIC website. They have also received my medical report. This information is also available on CIC website. I have also paid the landing fees. But I have not received any further communication from them until now. It has been 15 months from the date of receipt of application by CIC. Please advise what shall we do? It is now making me more worried.

1. Ask your wife to do MP enquiry.
2. Apply for notes under Access to Information Act.
3. Send case specific enquiry to CIC NDVO.

if you inform them that the sponsor is outside of canada, then NDVO will ask for the sponsors resettlement in canada plans which includes a job offer and/or house related documents like lease, or mortgage papers.

If i were you, i would not go ahead make them aware of this fact if they haven't already figured it out. My recommendation is order notes and in that it will have all the details of any further communication they have had and any additional documents request they might have sent in case you missed those while being away.

However, I do have a question. your concern is in regards to applying notes or the application. because i know for notes also it says that only people in canada can apply.

I hav recd a remedical request and I am goin tomm for the chest xray as reqd by them...how much more time can I expect from NDVO to give PPR request????

Don't know whether NDVO follows this trend or not..

I know Kamaldeep NDVO took long to process July files and have somehow skipped it and moved on to Septemeber files now......still some July applicants are in process for more than two months and still no updates,where as in previous months generally from IP to DM takes about a week,but now 3 months is the time frame...
CAnt understand the way they process and can't predict them too...So all we can do is to pray to god and wait patiently with stress free,coz of these delays we get into depressions but in the end there is no other alternative then to wait.So let's not give up our hopes.......Hope we hear more good news this week.....

Hello everyone, I have one question,plz give me answer, I was apply spouse visa 13april and decision made on 6june but I got SA on mail 25 June, now anybody can tell me, which date was my file transfer to Delhi ?? Thanks
