Yeah so true..... We all have to patience as NDVO at this point seems like doesn't care about our feelings..... They just doing what comforts them.... Interview people are waiting for interview letters.... And people like me who provided additional documents since so long still waiting for...

No only ur wife's pcc ..... It's actually email they send to all family cases in which yours is spouse sponsorship

I completed my 12 months too today from NDVO .....

Yes they asked pcc and we provided that January 19 . They received it on 20 January... Since then no udate..... Even if they ask for additional documents doesn't mean they gonna take forever.... My interview is waived .... 9 months actually too much if they asked additional documents

They sleep on my file since 8 months... m gonna hit 9 month in September :( So weird they being so ignorant our files .....

Yeah that's true,,,, but they can finish brand new files but can't even just check our files ...... And mp says they extended time frame which is just an excuse

Hate that ....,, we are stuck for no reason..... I have question on notes its says file assigned due date 18 sep 2015 ..... It was March 18 in last GCMS notes but now they changed to September

Hi hemant, Here every case is different.... Once ur file is stuck its unique..... Bcz NDVO doesn't follow any sequence for pending files .... It's all their own ways to deal with specific cases... So u can just assume what can happen or what not.... But not necessarily it will be same ....best...
