Since our application is already forwarded to NDVO, and looking from my wife's perspective she is Outside Canada and technically needs to use Outside Canada options where they metnion that we need to notify the New Delhi office about the change, RIGHT????
sorry for creating the confusion, my wife's status is NOT IN-PROCESS, but like you mentioned "Application Received"
yes, it should be outside canada as your wife is residing outside canad and your wife's contact address is in india.. do notify ndvo if they are asking you to... let me check myself.. i will get back to you again.. and about the "in progress"... that actually means you will get your visa very soon.. usually it takes 7 days to 30 days to go from "in progress" to "decision made" so i was actually very surprised... ;D ;D
