Hello everyone,

I had interview yesterday. My interview was for about 30-35 minutes.

It was awesome. The lady officer was super nice and polite natured.

Super co-operative. And gave me enough time to clear her doubts.

I like to share all the questions here:
1. why your husband is not with you in this interview.
2. did your husband come to see you since you got married?- I said yes and she asked me if I have any photos, so I gave her 3 photo albums that I had with me. And I also offered to show our whats app chat history and other call details. She said I have trust in you now.
3. She said why your parents were'nt in your marriage? as we said in our application that they agreed first and then because of family issues they refused to accept our relation. She said this is the doubt I have and I called you for interview. I cleared that.
4. she said as your medical expired we need re medical done- I gave her receipt from hospital that I did without request a month ago.
5. she said you PCC is also expired.- I gave her a new PPC that I got last week. She laughed at me.
6. I said can you give me visa today as some people gets their passport same day bcz we already leaved apart for a long time. She laughed and said we never give passport back same day. but I am issuing your visa but we don't to receive your remedical. and took my receipt as a back up and said you will get your passport back in 2 weeks. book our flight and have a great future ahead.

That was it.

CONGRuTULATIONS....

On a very fair note, 99.99% of people will clear their interview, its just a few doubts they have...Unless of course someone has really committed a fraud...

Also, i feel anyone who has a interview lined up, please ensure u take ur new medicals and new pcc......will save time and quicken the process..
Again, leaves no chance for them to delay the visa further..

Looking at the scenario applicants whose file has been transferred to ndvo in the month of June 14 can expect their ppr and interview any time in the month of June maximum by July 1st week
Why because bittudi90 whose application was transferred to ndvo on May 7 has done with her interview s.day let's hope that the applicants in the month of May and June for the interview should be very less

Need urgent help ..giving a briefing abt my case
I had applied in FSW 2014 in may 2014. In nov 2014 i got medical request and in feb 2015 my passports request.
After 2 days of submission of my passports i came to know about my pregnancy and
keeping in mind the complications and my earlier 2 miscarriages doctors advised me
against travelling.
I immediately informed the embassy via email ( in March,2015 itself) to put my application on hold. But despite of that they issue me visa(around 13-14 april 2015 i get a message that my passports have been dispatched) and the visa validity is till nov 2015 and due to some confusion at their end regarding my file no they replied me on mail that they have not asked for my passports(owing to file no confusion at their end)
Further I mail them pointing their error and further process in my application. Now they have replied me as

"Please be advised that your file is now closed and if you wish to travel to Canada after the baby is born, we will have to re-open and re-assess your application. Please note that there is no guarantee that you and your dependants will remain admissible after the new assessment"

What do they mean by re-assess..i would be counted in FSW ?
I am the main applicant..can my husband enter alone in canada, without me?what should be my next step of working as i dont want to loose PR. Nd being on bed rest it will not be possible..should i contact embassy again ??please help

A few things...

1. Why did you wait from Feb 15 till date regdn ur pregnancy, u cud have travelled to Canada, been dere for 15 days, got ur PR card, and comeback.....or even better, stayed dere so that ur wud be born child wud immediately get a PR....

2. Now, even if ur hubby goes, he can be dere, get his PR, and comeback.....(U need to double check if he can go d first time widout u, as u said UR d main applicant.....)
Thereafter, incase u r not able to make to canada before Nov 15, ur hubby will have to sponsor u and ur child again.....a long process of again almost 18months.....In dat case also, he shud have a job dere, so he can show income proof of minimum approx 50K for a family of three.....
And getting a job immediately in canada is not easy...

Rest, try writing a letter explaining ur condition again to embassy, they may help, else ur stuck up...

Sorry to say dear i think u lost ur fst chance to go canada, it could b better if u travelled wn u get visa..i knw may b its difficult to travel for u bt if u could den u nd ur hubby get PR nd after delivery ur baby is also canadian.. From last few months u cn see NDVO process is very slow ( more than year)

I dont know if ur hubby can travel ....!!!!! Pls check directly from the embassy or the FSW forum, the can answer this quest better....
RE-ASSESS, It will be a fresh application as they have closed ur file now

And is there any way that i can communicate with embassy other than email.?Also how long does one has to stay to collect PR cards? or i can land and came back after a week, giving my relative's address for PR card's delivery in Canada.

If you are the main applicant in your application then you need to land along with your family or before them. Your dependents can not land before you.

Please guide for me the further steps i can follow
1. Requesting embassy again, as they should consider the fact that i am pregnant and on bed rest. Already I have 2 miscarriages. So travelling will put my baby at risk.
2. Travel to Canada risking my pregnancy, Apply for PR card, came back within a week and will further go again if they ask to collect it in person. Or it will be difficult for me to enter next time without Pr card?
3. Can embassy extend my visa?WHy they mentioned like "re-open" your file,instead of saying that you have to start from scratch??
