Seriously, NDVO is really lagging behind with its workload. I am still waiting for decision made and its been more than 9 months. How much time does it usually takes for NDVO to stamp the passport and return it back once it is submitted to NDVO. Cheers guys. Everything will be fine.....

Ndvo will return the Passport with in 10 days of time if you go via vfs

Why have NDVO skipped JUly applicants,seriously don't understand the way they work.
Now it's getting too much,there seem to be no hope at all....It's very disheartening....

Hai sashee ndvo mainly follows queuing theory in the sense they take the application of an applicant they review it if something is missing they ask for the documents and put the applicants file in the 2nd queue
They see to it that every applicants are given a fair chance and moreover if the applicants documents are perfect they grant the visa with in 7 to 8 months of time if not then it's 4 sure that it will go beyond 12 months in my case I did a mistake I had submitted all the documents even paid the rprf fees instead of submitting the hardcopy of the rprf I had e mail the receipt so they once again mailed me asking 4 hardcopy rprf receipt in the month of March so now my file has been put in 3rd queue which is the slowest where I've no other way than to wait 4 my chance to come

If any applicant is waiting 4 their interview then it's a drill

I understand, it's tough time and need loads of patience and prayers 4 our turn to come now we all are in the queue even an mp's enquiry won't work out they will inform them as if some security checks or some background checks are going on and no actions need to be taken at this point of time

when you say it's not working, can be more specific? What happens when you try to login??

yes @ srav19 they give back the reassessment form to me

oh now is it our responsibility to mail the reassessment form to delhi immigration.

Ok.. this has happened to me 3-4 times so far. First time I informed CIC but it did not yield any results;2nd-4th time, I just ignored it and after a few days the status (AR/MR) was back online. So it's quite common from what I see and I would suggest you to chill

Fiza: Hope you saw my reply from MP's assistant. It's still a waiting game for my wife. It's already June and wonder why they haven't scheduled any interview for your hubby. BTW - won't the MP's office show us the correspondence they received from CIC/NDVO? They just left me a voice mail and leads me to believe that they have done their job.

On my notes, there is no reference of MP inquiry. Seems like they never contacted anyone to get an update on file. The response was just a standard response.

This wait is killing me now. Don't know how long can I hold on. 1.5 years of my married life has been screwed by NDVO........GOOD JOB NDVO

Fiza, I am in the same boat. My two years (court marriage) coming up in about a week. I filed my application a few months late so that's my fault but what is going on now is all caused by NDVO.

I do not think the MP even contacted CIC....I think they were making crap up just to stop you from calling them.

No update Hunny Singh. June 15 is not too far, let see what happens in next 13 days.
The due date is mentioned under eligibility is June 9th, 2015.
