How much time it will take to reach november 2014 applicants ? So disgusting NDVO works very slow.

As per current trends we can expect that, we could hear something from NDVO in July or Aug.

I believe it's conditional PR from 2012 onwards unless and until you already have kids (in this waiting period). Anyways that's probably best answered by people who have their received their PR.

Having kids after submission of application is not counted.
At the time of application, if married for 2 years or less and no kids together then it's conditional.

We are also 26 Nov 2014 applicant. I think as per current slower processing time, NDVO will start ours In process around in late October or November 2015 or may be Dec 2015.

Congrats avneet for ur omg moment & wish u will get visa asap. And fiza is there any update from ur side my PCC & medical both are expired. So can I do it again without CIC request or have to wait for NDVO call ?

No update Hunny singh. Still waiting.

I did got my husband to send his remedical without request, don't know about PCC. Since he has lived in UK, I would wait for their call if they need a PCC from UK again.

You mentioned earlier on interview letter to be received by 1st or 2nd week of May for people who applied in April. Can you check with your source again to know what is holding April applicants? I know 2 march applicants have received their letters.

I will also be getting my notes next week. Will let you know if there is any update.

You are lucky to have got your RCMP check quickly. You have done a wise thing by submitting it initially. The guide says to submit clearances for all countries except Canada but later as per their whim they request it again.

I think you are good for now. Wait for 8 months from application received date to apply GCMS notes. Before that its very rare there will be anything mentioned. It will be frustrating to see no progress :-(

Sure...We will apply GCMS notes after 8 or 9 months after date of our application. Thanks for sending valuable links and information. Yes... we got RCMP Canada PCC in just 22 days in Canada by mail. NDVO going so slow, it;s really frustrating..... processing time in this year 2015 has been increased upto 10-12 months for normal / simple / genuine marriage cases.

ur application will be processed acc to the date shows on ur ecas as a application received date.so if it shows august 7 den it will be processed acc to dat

Yeah...ur file is processed as per the date it shows in ECAS as recieved...So August in ur case......

Yours will be in process soon hopefully they are working files in August so best of luck.
