CIC's site feedback may not really help us in any way. Unless the minister intervenes directly and asks questions to the officers there, NDVO will be NDVO with no improvements at all.

We are not going to get immediate results. But there is a way to communicate and complain if we have to. They are asking for it through a specific channel. We can give it a try instead of just venting out here.

My wife finally gave me the good news that she has been granted a TRV. She will be here soon for 6 months and then go back for her PPR. When that would happen GOK; that's the only good news that I can share with all of you. Try for a TRV if there is a long delay (don't know when these buggars will process our PR files); if everything is in order they seem to be granting a TRV; that's the least they can do.

This evening I will sign the petition as well so that our voices are heard.

Did your wife got her passport back? Do you have any idea on the passport return times..we've got passport request on may 4rth for TRV and I've send that on the same day passport reached on 6th,till now there is no update.

See, two other imp media, which none of us have explored:

1. Nadir Patel, the High Commisioner is on Twitter and he is very active ......
2. The FB page of NDVO is very very active.....Canada in India (High Commission of Canada)....

Let us submit the petition there also, it will be a huge impact...even more immediate than submitting to the minister there......
