I know Anaru....all these fraud marriages are costing us today. However, visa officer should also see the timeline of second marriage. You can tell if person gets married the very next year when he/she gets divorced, there might be something fishy? There are lot of ways one can figure out the fraud marriage.....the shocking truth is that genuine cases gets stuck where fraud cases are still getting cleared.

Having a second marriage, a simple marriage should not always be red flags . This wait time is scaring me....Don't know what is in store for me :-\

It does not matter anything as long as you have submitted all the required docs
If two people say we are in relation
Third person cannot find anything about it and this is fact
If you have submitted all the proofs and necessary documents then it should be fine

Whether its 1st/2nd
If You love both each other and you have submitted everything
That should be fine

I know people give divorce sometimes.Not only fake one but also real ones because of any reason in relationship
So they don't think that way that divorce is some red flag
We all know what divorce means in native white people. 58% marriages fail in canada
It does not mean person cannot do marriage again after legal divorce .
It is not a red flag...everyone gets visa one day after spouse sponsorship and meet his/her soul mate
Only security and criminal record is a problem.

I don't want to scare you but I know one case where the wife was married and she went to India to get her husband with her but unfortunately her husband died in an accident and she had to come back alone..so what's her fault here nothing right...

Then the other guy who was in Italy married her and went back India so that he can be with her wife in Canada and wanted to complete his immigration thing... Its been more than 3 years they have tried twice and their file got rejected twice saying we don't think its a genuine marriage bcoz girl was already married and you only married her so that you can be in Canada.

Now you think what is going on in her mind. She lost her first husband unfortunately and when she was trying to settle in her life immigration people are not letting her do that. They are still trying and I don't know if these stupid people will understand them.

Death certificate itself explain everything.
That is really sad story...
May be her old in-laws interrupted you think?
Anyway whatever it is ....it is really really sad
I cannot imagine my life without my partner

Minimum two weeks of cohabitation is considered good..

I don't understand why you replied to a certain post this way.
The meaning of cohabitation is below:
"Cohabitation is an arrangement where two people who are not married live together in an emotionally and/or sexually intimate relationship on a long-term or permanent basis. "Cohabitation" usually refers to unmarried couples who live together without formally registering their relation as a marriage."

In India, we are not supposed to live together before marriage.
