My Wife's Application is waiting for the final review as per Mp's office. They have the passport of my wife and baby who was born in India and we are hoping for the final decision soon.

Just want to know my wife PCC expired will they ask for new PCC when reviewing the file for the final time. I hope not - Please reply.

Hi RitzG. How long has your file been under final review? When did you apply? From what I have experienced sometimes they ask for PCC if expired as was the case in my husband's interview. However, like in Avneet's case she was told in interview her pcc expired and officer even said she would get letter but two weeks later she got visa. So it's all luck hopefully you will not need to do one again

Hi binaya123 I would have recommended you sent your passport when remedicals were completed. Did visa officer not mention this in interview? Waiting for NDVO for any request is a pure headache because they never send it in a week takes them like months. Trying to take matters into your own hand to expedite this process is all I can suggest. Hopefully you get your DM soon and then ppr letter comes fast I heard

Thanks for your good wishes.. I do hope sincerely that you get some good news soon and yr wait ends ....I would suggest hold the ppt currently and wait for the ppr . since once it comes u can send it through VFS. order notes if u havent done so recently and see whats going on with the file.

While what aamna is saying maybe true ....i am a bit skeptical with NDVO. what if they loose the passport and then u have no proof to show them why u sent it in.
Also i would suggest bug yr mp....tell him or her about the case. make it dramatic...u never know what works..
