I am Feb 2014 applicant
Type of application:Spouse Sponsorship
Application filed: 18th Feb 2014
Remeds done:26th Sept 2014

Ecas status:
Application started processing: 12th Sept 2014
Medical results have been recieved: 2nd Oct 2014

Can you guys help by when I'll receive ppr request..it's been 10 months already from the date of application...can I expect a mail from ndvo for ppr this month??

form for my GCMS request. Section B says: If you are also seeking the
information of your spouse or common law
partner in your ATIP request, you must indicate
their name and signature........ My question is: Do I need to fill this out with my
husband/sponsor's info? I have already filled up
Section C with his info being my designated
individual'c contact.

When my wife got ppr back in 2013, they asked to provide an Indian address with it.. So we mailed it from the British Camp from Afgjanistan and it reached there.. We provided an address in India now they don't live there and I don't know any one else in India what is my best option now? Thanks

just put your spouse name in section B and leave section E blank.

you will get notes for sure because i got mine twice just by doing the same.

hi payal h r u i dont want to change my address i m just confirming is dvo changer ur lawyer address to our india home address after IP,,,,,

yrrrrrrrrr i dnt knw the exact process of appeal but ur 15 mnths already passed check out the spouse appeal cases forum u'll get all info dere gud luck

hi 2013 applicants who didnt got their visas and waiting for their interview letter including me ,,i came to know that our 2013 back logs file will be cleared only on january 2015,, according to the immigration news..the quatos of visas are completed and only issued in 2015 january becoz CANADA EXPRESS ENTRY HAS QUATOS FOR 250000 PEOPLE INCLUDING SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP is it true?

There is no quota for spouse sponsorship. Quota applies to other categories not to family class sponsorship.

since your ecas status is 'in process' notes won't help in figuring out where your file is....but if you want to know what visa officers have written about your relationship, what places your file has traveled to, which officer (that idiot JXC2345 is the one who is holding your file to ransom) reviewed your file and other juicy information then order one....otherwise no need
