I had done an MP inquiry prior to application status change and receiving the notes, and today the MP got back to me.. this is what she said.. "I spoke to CIC, and I have good news for you. As you know application is in process, they have waived the interview, she has passed eligibility, and the medical; they are currently processing her criminality. So let's be patient a little longer and let me know if you hear anything in coming weeks."

My application status was "application Received" till 24, May, 2014 on May 22, 2014 in changed to the "In Process" I also done my second medical. Now what will happen please help me.

We received Arman's application for permanent residence on September 18, 2012.

We started processing Arman's application on Oct 22, 2012

Medical results have been received.

On May this Year It changed as below.

Hi,

My wife (Sponsor-Spouse visa) is a Canadian Permanent resident and an Indian Citizen, currently working and living in Canada. We got married one year ago and I am an Indian citizen living in India.

My wife submitted spouse sponsorship application package at Case Processing Centre, Mississauga, Canada. We are expecting acknowledgement (AOR and SA) from CPC, Mississauga soon. As per the information I got, the application package will be forwarded to the Canadian High Commission, New Delhi, India, where it will be processed. (current processing time 15 months)


My questions are:

Should my wife (Canada permanent resident- sponsor) live in Canada, until my visa is approved by Canada High Commission, New Delhi, India?

After obtaining AOR and SA from Case Processing Centre, Mississauga, Can she leave Canada and live with me in India for one year / until my visa is approved?

What is the maximum period a PR sponsor can live outside Canada without making any delay in spouse sponsorship? (After submitting a spouse visa application at Case Processing Centre, Mississauga, Canada and obtaining sponsorship approval)

Can we both go and live in Canada after my spouse visa is approved?

Will there be any delay in processing spouse visa if the sponsor (Canada permanent resident) is not living in Canada? (We can inform CIC about sponsor's address change)

Santa Claus is too white to show up in India..this makes us just hope he shows up as a baba-ji and gives us the most awaited surprise gift

with all the fair and lovely that men and women in india are applying to their faces and body, santa claus is little bit black compared to indians

it takes 10 to 13 months to get visa...you could get a request this or next month....
