Addressing my Corncern to New Delhi Visa Office:
I am remedical applicant of 2013 under family class sponsorship. Today my remedical request completed 3 months since my application is "in Process". After 14 months of silence today with lot of pain I am writing mail to you. What wrong we "remedical applicants" have done that you have just ignored our files and moved to 2014 applicant and giving them Visa. Don't you think we deserve visa who are actually waiting from more than 1 year to join our family in Canada.
I have no offence for any of your process and i respect your system but please for a minute think about our condition, we are waiting to be with our family since so long and at this last stage of "in process" we are waiting like anything since 3-4 months to get decision made and get our visa.
We have already faced so much delay because of strike and continuously changing timeline. You have made the official timelines as 15 months, whereas last year it was 10 months, so does it make sense to you if they are forcing new timelines to old applicants. Why new timeline of 15 month is applicable on old applicants whereas new applicants are getting processed in few months.
I request you to check Canadavisa.com 2013 applicant forum and see how badly every 2013 Applicant is suffering. How badly every person life is getting affected.
We have waited more than any other applicant who has applied in last 2-3 years except the interview cases. What is the meaning for this delay on the application of remedical applicants when they are just in their last stage of background check. Dont you think that 3-4 months are more than enough for their background check whereas other normal applicant get their "Decision made" after "In process" in just 4-5 days.
We are silent just because our family life is on stake. But please pay attention on our request. It may be small thing for you but our family life is getting badly getting affected because of this delay.
