Ask me about it .... im was already fedup with that attitude now its got into my paperwork too so its pissing me off sooooo crazily... n dont ask abt my husband hes tho ready to punch anyone n anyone from the time hes known about all this ..... seriously we need sm miracle ya im fedup of being in the line waiting n no activity on my case except application received

can you share your detailed timeline ? i see u r a december applicant and also stuck like me

Going out of my mind now... 1 full year now still "Application Received" I don't know what the fk they're trying to do. They don't care about people's lives getting destroyed... 20 emails mp enquiry still didn't get any answer from fkn NDVO except your application is pending initial review.. MP it's been 2 weeks that he haven't got back to me...

Quite right same story...can some one please throw a light on the medical thing..is it true that they extend the medicals for one month?

Ya true but the IP people atleast have the clarity that the interview is waived off... where as we don't have that Not sure if we have an interview or not.. Since i am an ADR applicant..i am assuming that i don't have to attend an interview and also the recent response from MP and embassy is - file is still under initial review but they did not say IN QUEUE for interview(Blessing in Disguise).. based on the above said situational analysis i am guessing & hoping i will not have to attend the interview but God and the NDVO only knows what's happening with the file..

I am keep sending them one email everyday until they start working on our application, I will use all means of communication till I get a result.. MPs are useless it's been 2 weeks my fn mp hasn't got back to me.. I will never vote again they're discriminating people based color, religion, and culture...

We are in the same situation of your rohmank.
My husband stayed here for one year on a work permit.
Interviews finished day before yesterday!
Remeds req got yesterday
Rcmp not sure how to get it done!

During interview they told u need to get it done
But how?? Are they gonna send the req once they recieve medical results??

Can any one tell whats mp request please? And how to do it?

My husband too stayed in canada for a year on student visa though. I havent got an interview reqquest yet ...but the file shows in process..does that mean the interview is waived? Did they tell you how to apply for the RCMP fingerprints.....i was just told by my mp that they will ask but nothing yet ..no news of re medicals also yet...

This is what I found online for Fingerprints....dont know if we just get it done or wait for a letter from NVDO...

Is it advisable to get a visitor visa before applying for spouse visa, as it takes long time for getting the spouse visa. Does it affect the spouse visa application if we have the visitor visa?
