want to ask you a question regarding my remedical..

i got my remedical mail which says...

Chest Xray with report
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419).
Duly completed Re-assessment Form

they also attached the re-assessment form with mail ..
VO told me to take my any address proof and passport photocopy with me to the panel physician as my passport is in NDVO

PLZ REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Are you still waiting since an year after interview?

yes I am still waiting for my visa becoz on my interview I don't have Austrian pcc so he forced my wife to withdraw the application otherwise he will refuse so my wife withdraw the application and we submit last year in October with all documents now we hire a lawyer and sued that visa officer and fighting against him becoz he have no right to force my wife to withdraw if he want he can also wait for pcc but he fucked up with my application so still I am waiting for visa in August they told us they are doing background check but I never know what is going on my application I don't have ecase even they don't send gcms note to me my fault is only that I give all answers right and he thought I memorized everything

I WAS CHECKING MY EMAIL ON MY I PHONE SINCE MY INTERVIEW ON 15TH SEPTEMBER ...
NOTHING WAS HAPPENING AND I WAS SOO WORRIED COZ VO SAID THAT THEY WILL SEND ME EMAIL IN JUST FEW DAYS ...
TODAY I OPENED MY EMAIL ON LAPTOP AND I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT I HAD RECEIVED EMAIL ON 16th SEPTEMBER

MERE TAAN HATH PAIR FULL GYE YAR

I JUST HAVE 7 DAYS LEFT TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUEST HAVE TO RUN FROM NOW

IT IS HEIGHT OF BAD LUCK GUYS..

avneet don't be panic if u have no red flag in ur marriage then it will be very simple.red flag like second marriage,age difference,simple marriage in my case we have simple marriage and we meet on internet so that's why he fucked up everything and also I stay illegal in Austria so u don't worry every case is difference

yes i have been doing the same, checking my emails on iPhone too...and VO told me she will email me the same day...right after reading your post i grabbed my laptop and checked but nothing there too.....seriously! whats going on!

- In Process

- Medical Received

There are already 3 and half month completed after in process

Now howmuch time take for DM

Loosing the hope..

Medical received uptated was 10 or 11 month before

After that they send me remedical req in august 2014 1st week after that no news

But if interview is not required n i got IP before 3 & half month and also i submit my remedical before 2 month
then why they take too much time for DM
