TODAY I RECEIVED MY NOTES..AS USUAL
security- not started
criminality- not started
eligibility-passed
medical-passed

totally disappointed. .. BUT

on page 2-location is Registry
but on HISTORY section
paper file history- 4july 2014 [ when they changed my status to IP]
location-registry
status-open

paper file history- 1 august 2014
location- FCU-RFV
status-open

paper file history- 2 august 2014 [when they send me request to passport photos]
location- FCU-PA
status-open

paper file history- 5 august 2014
location- Registry [again registry.....why...?]
status- open

SO WHAT DOES DAT MEAN. ..CONFUSED... ???

nai aje tak te kita nai murder but hun notes padhn toh baad dil kar ria hai...
asi pagal hi aa hor ki...they clearly said VO satisfied and marriege is bonafide..

It seems completely unfair that respectable and honest people have to go through so much just to be accepted as a PR and be with their family...

why didn't u go for MP enquiry. ..bcoz I think ur file delay for another reason not bcoz of interview. ..bcoz in ur notes its nothing mention about interview. ..
Even location-FCU-DIS and VO thinks dat ur marriege is geniune...so its nothing looks like interview. ..

ask ur MP to find out the delay dear...I really hope everything will b alright. .

Have you tried doing MP enquiry again? This is just too much. Your file should not be in Registry still.

dats y I m confused dear...why again registry...
I think just bcoz of passport photos they requested .they again send file in registry. .

no didn't go for MP enquiry. ..bcoz after send pics we received email dat they will reply after 5 weeks. ..so after 25th oct 5 weeks will b completed...so we just waiting for 20 days when they passed then go for MP enquiry. ..

Hi dear ...my lawyer mailed them on 24th aug explaining notes and telling them tat my medical is expiring on 11th sept ...to which they replied its queued fir an interview...to tat mail again my lawyer sent mail asking for date for an interview...to which they said its within stipulated time of an year..

Wat shud i do ...feelibg so helpless...

Who are those two canadian ladies? I got interviewed by one with thin oval shaped face with her hair tied at the back. Still didn't receive remedical request email. They are all the same playing with our emotions and time.

my partner does not remember if she had tied her hair at the back but she had oval shape and was youngish....i think there is only one canadian lady there and there might be a man too...

but ur not a single thing started I understand ur situation very well..I was also passed this stage for last 11 month...

hi everyone,

m also facing the same situation. My all formalities have been done....my passport they are having, my remedical reports they have....now i don't know for wat else they are waiting.

Lobzang,
You found out the error and we all had a laugh of their understanding. Please send a case specific enquiry to NDVO that you made a MP enquiry and you never went to uk and uk is abbrevation of the state in India. Otherwise NDVO lords known for their wisdom would be still awaiting the check or doing the check and delaying the process.
Please educate these ingnorant or actiong like ingnorants

good idea I didn't think of doing case specific enquiry since my mp was in contact with them to correct the issue. I think that's a good idea though, better to correct it from all ends just in case.

hi w2e, just wanted to ask you, in the forms my consultant wrote hindi intrepreter , so that means we will have an indian officer for the interview?? Coz we want canadian officer to interview us . how can we change that?

choosing an interview officer is not up to you....interview officer's assignment is based on availability and language chosen for interview (if it is hindi or punjabi, NDVO has Indian visa officers who speak that language..if it is non hindi or punjabi speaking applicant, one gets a list of interpreters available for hire but there is no guarantee that one will get canadian interviewer just because it is a non hindi or punjabi speaking applicant). I guess it is luck and availability of Canadian interviewer that determines who gets to interview an applicant.
