Supporting Docs: Copy of PR card, Copy of Passport, Marriage Certificate, Option C printout, Fee payment receipt, Employment letter.

Envelope 2 (Principal Applicant)

2) Document checklist (IMM3904)
3) Cover letter
4) IMM0008
5) IMM5406
6) IMM5669 with 6 photos attached in an envelope
7) IMM5490
8) Original PCC
9) Original Medical receipt
10) Detail of foreign travel-form

Supporting Docs: Birth certificate, Voter ID, School leaving certificate, SSC & HSC marksheets, Marriage Certificate, Passport copy,

anyone wanna laugh? lol so last week my mp informs me that ndvo is waiting for police clearance from the U.K
now my husband has never even been anywhere near the UK. they confused derhadun Uttarakhand (uk) with United kingdom.. now I'm no expert on Indian geography but seriously shouldn't the visa officers know the states in their own country. lol honestly at this point can't even be upset I'm just laughing at the stupidity. hopefully it will be easily resolved but if these are the kind of ppl deciding who can enter Canada, then I'm slightly concerned for my country.

they didnt know abt fulform of UK then how they solve our files which hv lots n lots of pages....
worlds most idiot duffers working in NDVO...

Can u please help me out.
Does ADR realy effects the processing time.
NDVO asked me for COPIES OF TRAVEL DOCUMENT / PASSPORT.
because i have travel history for 5 - 6 years.
It will effect my processing.

no i dont think so ADR effects much...
for eg.as we hv two cases like AtoZ and BBU...both received ADR in just there 9th or 10th month when process is 13 months...but they got DM in between 13 months....so the thing is vo asked for ADR earlier thats y everyone thought dat its effect much and they waited so long but
i think apart from ADR remedical and interview effect more....bcoz dese applicants got remedical n interview letter after 11 or 12 months..

Lobzang,
You found out the error and we all had a laugh of their understanding. Please send a case specific enquiry to NDVO that you made a MP enquiry and you never went to uk and uk is abbrevation of the state in India. Otherwise NDVO lords known for their wisdom would be still awaiting the check or doing the check and delaying the process.
Please educate these ingnorant or actiong like ingnorants

No buddy haven't heard anything till now.Dont know how they work.been mre than 2 months nw since they asked for additional documents..Hope this week bring some good news for ADR and remeds applicants.
