Hello people,

My wife just received a call from NDVO to confirm her address but they dint tell any thing what was for that about when she asked they just confirm the address.

If any one can highlight what was for that about...?????

We hv to start a thread where we all can share our experiences and then that thread can be shared with respective authority

Can we get the pain and agony published in paper if we know someobe from electronic media or oaper media..

Thanks w2e , I am 1 n half year younger then my current spouse.and marraige of convience is stated in in comings not under notes , so I assume my ex has told them tht I married him to reach Canada. Lol

so it is not about age difference and that is good news...it is ex who is doing the mischief.....get all the facts together about your relationship with your ex, document them (if there has been any emotional or physical abuse, document that); get letters from your friends and family about your relationship with your ex and the current; and put yourself in your ex shoes and figure out what kind of issues that he would have raised with NDVO and be prepared to answer them convincingly and once you get your visa, send your ex a cake and a nice note 'by your dealing with NDVO's, you have made me strong and gave me the ability to deal with visa office's pressure. Thank you. Wish you all the best in your life and I have put our past relationship out of my mind long time ago and so should you now. Resentment is not good for health.'

Visa Officer has power to extend the medicals which they use it case specific. This was used liberally for 2 to 3 moths when they were processing files immediately after the strike was called off in cases who were ready to move with short notice.
Now they are asking re-assessment of the medical with chest X ray on its expiry of one year instead of complete remedical.

I think ndvo only conform our add when they dispatch our visa. So get ready for gud news.. Acc. to ur timeline ur medical has expired. Did ndvo ask u for remedical n when u sent ur remedical??

about ur notes what I conclude dat...

●they hv ur wrong DOB's...like u said you guys younger then dat...so solve this issue via CSE or send them proofs abt ur dob...
●other issue is wrong information send by ur ex....but wht I don't understand is a applicants information is secret like application no..UCI no etc etc....how ur ex find out this information and Send them dese wrong proofs. ..
●next is ur husband's siblings...I think they are on the same age or younger then ur husband. .and VO thinks dat why ur husbandmmarried you to reached in Canada. ..
●you are previously married and u hv a daughter and ur husband unmarried...so this is also a issue. ..

so all dese things clearly indicate dat they hv doubt on ur relationship...like u hv a MOC...
dats y they recommend you for interview. ..



thanks rk yes i have to send them our birth certificates, the wierd thing is they have our dobs correct but in notes instead of 30 and 31 they have written 40 and 41 lol. i will get that resolved and for your reply.

Hi,

I am June 2013 applicant. Submitted my file in june 2013. My file was received by CHC, ND in october 2013. on 01 october my husband received approval letter. then, I received ppr in December 2013. I sent my passport nd they received it in January 2014 first week. In May 2014 my medical got expired. Then my file status was changed into 'ip' in July 2014. Then I received remedical letter from ndvo, on 29th August 2014, and they received it on 4th September 2014.

till now my status is 'in process'. And inside there are only 3 points, first, file received on 22nd October 2013. Second point, file came in process in 17th July 2014 and last third point, medical have been received.

else no updations I see on my status. How much time more I have to wait? Its really hard to wait this long. Wait and pray r the only options I have. Can anyone answer or comment on my post? Thanks

I am August 2013 applicant, I applied in August 2013 received sponsorship approval in March 2014, Received ADR request in May 2014 since then no update. When contacted MP for the status update recently a week back they replied stating its still under initial review. Mine is still application received not even IN PROCESS till date,I am also sailing in the same boat of frustration and helplessness. My medicals will expire in March. Fingers crossed i just pray they will not drag it to that an extent of expiry of my medicals.Keeping faith in god.

your and mine notes totally different in eligibility section...its weird

created date 18-11-2013 [when they tranfer ur file according to ur timeline]
status-review required [i think now the review is over or maybe dats y they asked u for interview]
status date 7-7-2014 [i think they opened ur file and working on it]
due date 18-11-2014 [i think before dat due date ur interview will b over]

someone correct me if i m wrong...abt dese facts..

hey dont worry dear...slowly slowly they started clear ADR cases ur turn will b come soon...so just relax for few weeks more..

the gud thing is ur medical still valid till march...so when will b they opened ur file then issue visa in a few weeks time....not like us remedical after IP and forever waiting for DM....
so dont look at other people every case is unique and it will take time...
