hi all,Received GCMS notes today,Under family class sponsorship details,status shown as "passed".But the security and criminality is shown as not started.And in the notes,towards the end,there is no major updates except the routine enquiries made through the MP and the passport received dates.There is no ADR ,no red flags and nothing mentioned interview( waived 0r recommended).Can someone pls advise me on this ,pls.
My medicals are about to expire in another month.

is your status still 'application received' or 'in process'? if it is 'application received' then you will have to wait for some more time....however, the recent notes is one month behind so if you order a new one, it might show an update since then....sometimes they act fast when the medicals expiry date approaches so you might hear from them this month....

I am Nov 7,2014 Applicant still app received ,nothing else,Got my notes week before, Here what its says , recommend interview waiver ,file , supporting document and photos are reviewed , the PA and sponsor are compatible.the wedding was held in according to culture norms .photos are seen and appear to show a good comfort level.apply another notes couple of days before . most of the things shows not started. due date says 29-08-2014, medical expireing first week of oct.

I think you are 7 Nov 2013 applicant. ..right. .
some people notes always shows dat recommed interview waiver (W2E what its exact meaning) as I know your interview waived...ur notes shows lots of things it means they are started working on ur file. .

just look at 1st page of notes whats the status application received or in progress...
just hang in dere few days maybe you will received any kind of phone call...

my last 2 notes shows exactly same things. ..in notes just medical passed and everything not started. ..

so relax dese notes are one months old and in this month lots of new things happened so in a few days again apply it...
due date means when they review ur file before dat due date. .

Wow ..tats great ..we hv lots of entetprenewurs..
What we can start with if sone has good writing skill where we can tell our problem which address to common idsue of staying herealone without partners ...and suffering to much delay ...

We will post it to grievances cell of pm and fireign.minister india

But we need to be very clear crisp and concise abt everything

Rks plz suggest some name who can do tat
..meanwhile i m searching for grievances...

Also if can hv someone from media who can cover our suffering

What say guys...plz come up wih suggestion
Only putting it in cell will not help ...we need prpoer attention of govt to this

everyone seems to be stuck with this criminality and security check..unfortunately those checks are handled by private agencies and NDVO has no control over the speed of processing (not that NDVO would do a faster job if they handle it themselves)...since the status is 'in process' and they have passport, it is possible you might get visa before medical expiry date...I think due date is the date that they would look at your file again if they have not received the documents (criminality and security checks results) by then...

interviewer waiver means no interviewer....not sure how long your criminal and security background checks will take...it is possible that NDVO may miss the medical expiration date and depending on how long the delay is they might extend the expiration date and ask you to leave soon otherwise you may be required to do medicals again...
