Canada govt is all concerned about filling their accounts with money coming from student visas. They just have no clue how badly they guys are ruining our lives. For them parents and spouse are just liability. It feels medical expiration is a bigger crime than murder.

u r right.. Ma medical expired on 4 April n I was in process at that time n now in September still waiting for remedical to be checked and processed..

as per my knowledge..when my son obtained Canadian citizenship and we received his passport in July then the VO tells us dat we didn't need for him any kind of OCI or PIO card...
just need for exit visa...but SP office stamp the visa on his passport when we will b ready to go and show them our tickets. ..

so its need for dat people who are not Indian citizen. ..

Hi,
Last week i got the re med mail from NDVO and I completed my re med this monday after getting an appointment from panel physician. I took the print of email I got from NDVO, the attachment they sent along in mail, form IMM5419 page 6 & 7 , 3 photographs, color print of passport (if you do not have your passport with you and already submitted to NDVO). Take 2 copies of each of these. Apart from chest x ray, they will do the basic height, weight, eye check, BP check to fill in their recommendation forms.
Do not fill anything, it just takes 5 minutes for test and they will take a photograph of you which they will attach to their forms and courier it to NDVO. Please call them after 3-4 days and ask for a track number of courier so that you can be tension free. It charged me Rs.1100.

My wife got DM on 2nd August and her medical expired on 5th sept. I visited my wife from June to sept. I sent an email to NDVO @ DELHI-IMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca at the end of August indicating that I am on a visit, decision has been made on our file as of ecas, and her medical will expire in few days. Still, I have got no reply. At this point, I am not sure what to do? We didn't receive PPR and also remedical as of yet. So, should I order notes if yes then what kind of notes should I order and how?

Note: I contacted my MP's office in the beginning of september and they said if it is DM then wait till the end of september. if you don't receive anything, we can send an enquiry about your file.

Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you all for all the help and support in advance.

No...if she hv OCI card then dere is no need to exit visa..

the only fastest way is MP enquiry. ...ur MP looks like useless. ..just force him to do enquiry now...otherwise send them other emails dat ur medical expired n no PPR. ...
if you want then apply notes but it will take 30 days time to arrived them...so I think GCMS notes not much helpful in ur situation. ..there is number of NDVO's but my personal expereince is they said they didn't give information about immigration matters...
just send an case specific enquiry then lets c whts the answer. ..
