yesterday my hubby send dem mail regarding my medicals nt updated yet nd today mrng i got reply from dem

Same with me...they were all positive in notes and wen my lawyer sent mail regarding my medical expiry they replied with this mail..

Its almost 15 days wen we heard that our appplication is in interview queue but hvnt heard anything back from them

Not even the date
Not able to understand kind of work these ppl do
Mebeing octobet applicant u can understand how big frustrated

Guys ask them to atleast mail us yhe dates ..

i am shocked beyond words.. but just kan_sriI there are a few things i would suggest..

send those damn fotos immediately...

make sure your representative or his office sends you an e mail explaining this entire debacle immediately(or else threaten to sue them).

send a cover letter yourself... aslo send them an email immediately marked "URGENT".

but hubby already sue them beyond words...just finished that bloody thing...use all the options..send them lots of emails ..

i would recommend you to attach an email from your representative and a covering letter from your end along with the photographs .Don't worry the deadline is usually set by NDVO as they must have decided the bring forward date for your file .You will hear something really soon . Good luck

I send the photos through DHL...
yeah its just 2 days pass so nothing to worry about. ..

I don't know whether this is for visa stamping but this thing stamp my life lolz

do not worry yet..
you guys got interview early..
go through your application and consult a lawyer if possible..
prepare possible questions..
you will have an interview scheduled within 45 days by what i have seen previously.. aafter that everything will go superfast.

just relax, take a breath and re-evaluate your application...

best of luck.
iterview is not necessarily a bad thing.
